The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding upon the parties, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with jljl69 on an individual basis only and waive any right to bring or participate in any class, consolidated, or representative action against the Company.

Venue and Jurisdiction: To the extent that arbitration or PAGCOR dispute resolution is not applicable or enforceable, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
